Refunds in short: email support@traversaal.ai within 1 day (24 hours) of purchase for a full refund. After that, purchases are final because access is delivered immediately.
These terms cover your use of CCA Pro at certified.traversaal.ai (the "Service"), operated by Traversaal.ai Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying access, you agree to them.
A one-time purchase gives you personal, lifetime access to the paid content: three full-length mock exams, study notes, flashcards and any future updates we publish. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
"Lifetime" means for as long as we operate the Service. If we ever shut it down, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email.
You can request a full refund within 1 day (24 hours) of purchase by emailing support@traversaal.ai from the address you bought with. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Requests after 24 hours are not eligible, except where the law requires otherwise.
EU and UK customers: the content is digital and made available immediately after payment. By completing your purchase you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins. The 1-day refund window above still applies.
All questions, explanations, notes and flashcards are original material owned by Traversaal.ai Inc. You may use them for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, resell, publish or scrape them, or use them to train AI models, without our written permission.
We may suspend accounts that share or redistribute paid content, without a refund.
CCA Pro is an independent, unofficial study resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic PBC. "Claude" and "Anthropic" are trademarks of Anthropic. Our questions are written for practice and are not real exam items.
We work hard to keep the material accurate and aligned with the official exam guide, but we can't guarantee that you will pass the exam or that the material reflects every change Anthropic makes. Mock scores are estimates, not predictions of your real result.
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we'll email you before it takes effect. The version in force when you bought access governs your refund rights for that purchase.
